You've most likely already heard the joyous news, but in case you've been living under a rock for the last few days, we'd like to inform you that Beyonce is expecting twins! That's right. Not one, but two precious babies will soon be arriving to Queen B and her hubs Jay Z.

This momentous announcement was made via Instagram on February 1st. The snapshot features Bey surrounded by flowers and posing in undies that showcase her blossoming belly. It has already set the record for receiving the most-ever likes on the platform--and has fans far and wide abuzz with excitement. What are the genders? What will she name them? What will the twins wear to the Grammy's 20 years from now?

Many have taken to the internet to share their speculations on what Bey is having and what she should call the little darlings. In the absolutely gorgeous aforementioned photo, Beyonce sports a burgundy Agent Provocateur bra top adorned with a miniature pink bow and blue Liviara panties.

Could she be telling us something? Is she having one of each? We won't claim to know for sure, but it wouldn't be the first time the fierce Grammy winner dropped a hint about something fans were dying to discover--she posted a photo of herself holding a lemon 6 months before her "Lemonade" music video debuted on HBO. Time will tell if the colors she chose for the skivvies in her maternity shoot are representative of her baby's genders, or simply a pretty color combination.

The next question is: what will Knowles name her babies-to-be? The possibilities are endless. Naming twins is challenging, even for wildly successful millionaires. We know Beyonce currently has a lot on her plate; it's safe to say she's pretty busy being a total badass. We'd like to help her out a little in the baby-naming department. Read on for 20 names we hope the soon-to-be mother of 3 will at least consider for her impending arrivals.

15 Razzle And Dazzle

Before you guffaw at these names, hear us out. Ever seen one of Beyonce's performances, live or otherwise? Well, if you have, you know that "shy" probably isn't the best word to use to describe her. In fact, it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to simply put Beyonce as the definition of confidence in the next edition of the Merriam-Webster Dictionary.

Character trait names are all-the-rage these days. Hope, Faith, Constance, Charity, True and Love are popular choices for girls. Justice and Valor are popular for boys. Parents who select virtue names usually choose a word they hope their child will embody in his or her life. It also isn't uncommon for moms and pops to choose a word they feel they have embraced in their own lives.

What better words exist to describe the absolute self-love and utter swagger Bey oozes than the traits Razzle and Dazzle? Plus, they rhyme. These names are pretty much perfection.

14 Red And Yellow

It's no secret that Beyonce's first-born was given the first name Blue. Those of you out there who have studied colors will attest to the fact that the three primary colors are red, yellow and blue.

It only makes sense that if one child has already been blessed with a primary color name, the other two may feel left out if they don't get the same honor. Queen B can't go naming them Pink and Fuchsia now, can she? That would just be cruel.

If Knowles takes us up on this one, it would be fun for the three kids to play a game where they figure out what color they would make if their names were mixed together. They could call the game Rainbow Connection or something cute like that. Just imagine little voices squealing in delight: "Red and yellow make orange; yellow and blue make green; red and blue make purple!" What a delightful notion that would produce hours and hours of good clean fun.

13 Green Grass And Purple Thistle

Another option is to allow the twin's names to piggy-back off of Beyonce's first daughter's entire name: Blue Ivy. Now, we all know that  Blue Ivy is the combination of the name of a color and the name of a plant. It would be pretty sweet to keep the same idea alive with the next two babies.

Green Grass has a nice ring to it. Who doesn't love the smell of a freshly mowed lawn? Who doesn't love frolicking barefoot on an emerald expanse of nature's carpet? Plus, this name isn't gender specific. It's equally stunning for a boy or a girl.

Purple Thistle is just as charming, but in a different way. The thistle is the national emblem of Scotland. How lovely. The Scottish highlands are some of the most beautiful rolling hills on the planet. Sure, the thistle is a bit prickly on the outside, but that in no way detracts from its beauty. It's a soft and beautiful flower that no one should mess with: an lovely metaphor that makes a great baby name. Don't you agree?

12 Mae And Rae

It's widely known that Beyonce often goes by the shortening Bey (pronounced Bay) and her hubby often goes by Jay, even though his given name is Shawn. Despite the fact that little Blue may feel slightly left out, we love the idea of choosing names for the twins that rhyme with their parent's often-used nicknames. So adorable.

Hey, Jay-Z could even used the names in his next rap. What a dope concept. We are totally digging it, and hope this power couple feels the same. Other possible options include Fay, Kay, Mckay, Sharpay, Shay or Trey.

Sure, the names may feel a bit matchy-matchy to some, but to others, this may be the perfect choice. It's up to Bey and Jay to decide. If it were up to us, this option would definitely be a contender. Just think of the Christmas card possibilities, and how adorable the names would look embroidered in diamonds on the backs of tiny sweatsuits.

11 Kelly And Michelle

Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams are the two stunning women who accompanied Beyonce in the successful singing group Destiny's Child for most of its time in the spotlight. What better homage could Knowles pay to her two former band-mates than giving her babies their names.

If Bey is, in fact, expecting a boy and a girl, Kelly would work as a boy's name. If she's expecting two girls, the two names are still perfection. If she's having two boys, things may get a bit tricky. If this is the case, it's not the end of the world.

These names are still viable. Beyonce could name one of the lads Michelle, and change the spelling to Michel. The name would still be pronounced the same, and is actually a pretty popular French boy's name, making the little one an ultra-hip dude with a name that possesses European flare.

10 Destiny And Child

Another option for Beyonce is to grab names from her past that are interesting, unique, strong and exquisite. After all, the time she spent as a member of Destiny's Child is what gave her the ability to gain the fame she enjoys today.

Destiny is word name that is defined as fate or the path one will take in life. It's a designation that is as sweet as it is alluring. It can be shortened to Des, Tiny or Tina for a cute nickname. In fact, Destiny is presently the 252nd most popular name chosen for girls isn't the United States, and is up in popularity 27 spots since 2016. Sounds like this name may be one of Beyonce's baby's destinies.

Child isn't really a baby name currently, but who cares? It goes great with Destiny. Plus it would be such a fun thing for anyone who was a fan of the Destiny's Child back in the day to know that there's a set of twins out there that make up the band's name whenever they are together.

9 Benjamin And Grant

It's no secret that Beyonce is a bit wealthy. She and her husband's net worth is estimated to be somewhere around 610 million dollars. It would only make sense that she may wish to name her babies after guys she sees a lot. You know, on the $50 and $100 bills she uses as napkins?

Currently, Benjamin is the 16th most popular name chosen for boys in the United States. It is a name of Hebrew origin that means son of the right hand. It's classic. It's timeless. It's rich.

Grant is presently the 223rd most popular name for boys, but it would work for a girl too. Despite the fact that it's the 4,300th most popular name chosen for girls in the United States at the moment, it's worth mentioning that Grant is up in the ranks of baby name popularity 2,881 places. This might be the hippest name for girls in the future. If Beyonce chooses it for a baby girl, it most definitely will be.

8 Halo And Grace

"Halo" is one of Beyonce's most beautiful power-ballads. It was released in 2009, and became an instant hit. It was nominated for best love song at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards and Bey won the Grammy for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance honoring the track.

Halo is obviously one of the main words in the song, and also appears in the tune's title. It's a lovely name that would work for a boy or a girl. Currently, Halo is the 1,503rd most popular name chosen for girls in the United States, and is up in popularity 644 places since 2016.

Grace is another word that appears in the song in the lyric, "Baby, I can see your halo. You know you'r my saving grace." Aw. Can you just imagine Knowles singing that line to little Halo and Grace? It's almost too cute to process. Grace is currently the 27th most popular name chosen for girls in the United States.

7 Quad And Tetrad

Both Beyonce and Jay Z have a thing for the number 4. The mother-to-be was born on the 4th of September, and her man arrived in the world on December 4th. This fact may be part of the reason the duo adores those fours. Ever wonder where the inspiration came from for their first daughter's middle name? Ivy is a nod to the Roman numerals IV. Brilliant.

If the couple wishes to continue giving props to the number four with their next two children, Quad and Tetrad seem to be a nice option. Quad is a prefix that literally means four. Tetrad is a word that is defined as a group or a set of four.

Both of these names are gender-neutral, virtually unheard of as names, and ultra-sciencey-sounding. If the babes get these names, they'll likely be good at math, or at least feel cool every time they do a  quadratic equation or play four square.

6 Twerk And Werk

Seriously. Why not? Beyonce can do whatever the f*** she wants. She can name her kids whatever the f*** she wants. She's a star. She's an icon. She could name her children Hi and Bye and half the world would think it was the coolest and most clever thing they'd ever heard.

If anyone can use these names for their twins, Beyonce can. No one can deny the two words together have a nice ring to them. Using verbs for baby names isn't all that uncommon. Some examples include Chase, Rob, Mark and Pierce.

No one will ever doubt the fact that Queen B is a master of both werking and twerking. It's likely her children will get her "I'm so hot I might catch on fire gene." Therefore, these names will probably fit them perfectly. If there ever was a time when every star aligned and the universe delivered the perfect opportunity to use these completely amazing baby names, the time is now. Just saying.

5 Diva And Hustler

One of the main lyrics in Bey's single "Diva" states: "Na, na, na diva is a female version of a hustler." This fact could be debated until the cows come home. Instead, let's all agree these names are awesome despite the questionable truth of the line from the song quoted above.

According to the Merriam-Webster dictionary, a diva is "a usually glamorous and successful female performer or personality." A hustler is "[one who] sells something or obtains something from someone by energetic and especially underhanded activity." Okay, fine, ya, they aren't really the same thing. Who cares?

Diva works for a girl; Hustler works for a boy. Case closed. And if Bey isn't having a girl and a boy, the names can be adapted. Two boys? Div and Hustler. Two girls? Diva and Hus...maybe not for two girls. But still, these names are carefree, under-the-radar, totally original and pay respect to another of Beyonce's brilliant songs.

4 Lemon And Sugar

Do these names seem a bit too quirky? Allow us to explain our reasoning. The 59th annual Grammy awards are quickly approaching, and Beyonce's latest album, Lemonade, has been nominated for 9 awards, including Album of the Year.

If the totally fierce expecting mother wins even one for her work on the album, or, quite honestly, even none, she should still consider the names Lemon and Sugar for her twins. Why? Well, Lemonade has been called "defiant", "brave" and "powerful" by critics, and it's a project she obviously poured her heart and soul into.

Should we state the obvious? Okay, why not. What do you get when you mix lemon juice and sugar and maybe a little water? Did you guess lemonade? Right! So...how cool would it be if her treasured twin's names made hypothetical lemonade every time they were spoken in succession? The answer is pretty damn cool.

3 Giselle And Corey

Fun fact: Beyonce's middle name is Giselle and Jay Z's middle name is Corey. Both of these names are fresh, not over-used and would work if Bey is having a boy and a girl or two girls. If she's having two boys, Giselle for a boy might be a bit of a stretch. We'll leave it up to the parents to decide what's best.

Giselle is a name of German origin that means a pledge. It is currently the 235th most popular name used for girls in the United States, and has risen 28 places in popularity since 2016. Corey is an Irish name that means from the hollow. In Gaelic, Corey means raven. It is currently the 436th most popular name for boys in the United States.

We realize we don't get the final say in what names the Carter family chooses for their impending arrivals, but this idea is just a little too perfect not to love. Got that, Jay?

2 Houston And Brooklyn

This idea stems from the two lovebirds who made these babies a reality and their pasts. Beyoncé originally hailed from Houston, while Jay Z was born and raised in Brooklyn. The two names go together, without being overly obvious, due to the fact that they are both cities.

Houston is an effortlessly cool name of English origin that means hill town. It currently ranks as the 1,167th most popular name for boys in the United States and the 5,723rd most popular name for girls. It's worth noting that Houston is up 3,854 places in popularity for girls since 2016. Brooklyn is an English name that currently ranks 52nd in popularity for girls in the United States and 1,491st for boys.

This is yet another winning combination we really hope Bey and Jay take into consideration. Heck, if anyone else reading this is expecting twins, this may be a wonderful choice for you as well, especially if you are fans of the Carter clan and the beautiful music its members make.

1 Sasha And Fierce

Beyonce has an alter-ego known as Sasha Fierce. Her third album, released in 2008, was entitled I am...Sasha Fierce. It featured the iconic tracks "Single Ladies (Put a Ring On It)" and "If I Were A Boy."

Sasha is a name of Greek origin that means protector. It is currently the 213th most popular name for girls and has risen in the baby name ranks 264 places since 2016. For boys, Sasha is presently ranked 1,878th. Fierce ranks 12,060th at the moment for boys in the United States and isn't ranked for girls. This means someone, somewhere has used this one for a boy, but it's still unused for girls as far as we know.

Both Sasha and Fierce are gender-neutral beauties that would make a killer combo if assigned to the twins we already adore. What names will Beyonce choose? We really hope she at least considers those from the list above. We can't wait to hear more from her concerning her pregnancy and, eventually, the births of her babies. She's a dynamic and strong mama and we couldn't be more thrilled for her.
