Khloe is pregnant with her first child with NBA beau Tristan Thompson. And Kylie is having an unplanned pregnancy with her boyfriend of several months, rapper Travis Scott.
As exciting and shocking as the baby news is, no one in the Kardashian Klan have denied or confirmed the rumours. It’s pretty suspicious that all three sisters are pregnant at once, and even more so that no one has confirmed the good news. It’s been months since the news broke, but so far it seems the Kardashians have only been teasing fans over social media. Fans have been desperate to get a peak at one of the girls’ baby bumps. Though Khloe and Kylie have toned things down on social media, no one has been able to catch a glimpse of their pregnancy bellies. Some fans now think the Kardashians are enjoying being the center of attention, and the news might actually be fake.

Plus, Kim can’t carry another baby due to health reasons.
“What if the twist in the alleged Kylie Jenner pregnancy is that she’s Kim and Kanye’s surrogate for baby no. 3?” One person wrote on Twitter. Another said, “Anyone else think Kylie is just carrying a baby for Kim & Kanye?” However, the theory has pretty much been abandoned since details about Kimye’s actual surrogate have been published, making it seem very unlikely that Kim asked her teenage sister to do her this big favour.
14 It’s A Publicity Stunt For KUWTK 10th Anniversary
When the news first broke about the triple pregnancies, it was a week before the 10th anniversary of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians.’ Many fans thought the baby news was a way of attracting attention to boost ratings, whereas others thought the famous family would at least confirm the pregnancies during the anniversary special.
But alas, the anniversary came and went with no pregnancy announcement. But the event seemed to fuel baby rumours even further, as Kylie was noticeably absent from one of the big interviews celebrating the show’s impressive milestone. It’s unusual for the star to be absent from family work events, but fans have noticed Kylie has been staying out of the spotlight (and social media) since the baby rumours started swirling.
13 It’s Fake News To Boost Dwindling KUWTK Ratings
While the pregnancies may not have been a publicity stunt for KUWTK’s 10th anniversary, some fans speculate it could be a ploy to improve ratings in general. The hit reality show has reportedly had dwindling ratings for the past few season, and Kris Jenner was looking for a way to improve them.

The Kardashians recently signed a $150 million contract with E! Network to renew their reality show for another five seasons. That means that there’s still plenty of years of their hit show left to come. This may come as a surprise, given that ratings have been decreasing. But clearly E! believes the ladies will be as famous (or even more so) in the next five years than now.
Some fans think Kris Jenner orchestrated the pregnancies specifically to secure this deal. She needed to show the network that the Kardashians are and can remain relevant. All it takes is a simple publicity stunt, and the famous family has caught the attention of the world again. This could mean that the pregnancy news is entirely fake, or the girls could be pregnant and Kris just used it to her advantage. Okay, we need to forget about the Kardashian-Jenner pregnancies for a second. After all of their baby drama reached the tabloids, some reports began suggesting that Scott Disick (who has three kids with Kourtney Kardashian) and his new girlfriend Sofia Richie are expecting a child. Some alleged sources claim Sofia got pregnant because she was inspired by his family’s baby news.
This is pretty shocking news considering the circumstances. The pair have only been publicly dating for a few weeks. Their controversial age gap is a deal breaker for most fans- Scott is 34, while Sofia is only 19. So it would be pretty shocking if Scott got a teen pregnant.

That starts with the new generation of Kardashians- the grandkids! We all know that Kourtney is mom to Mason, Penelope and Reign, Kim has kids North and Saint, and Rob has daughter Dream. But the triple pregnancies might have been planned to continue the large family’s legacy.
Even more, the Kardashians are most likely expertly planning the pregnancy announcements to make sure the kiddos are famous from birth. Even if none of the sisters are pregnant, we bet the Kardashians have already had a ton of publicity (and made a nice pay day) thanks to this baby buzz.
3 Kim Might Be The Only One Who’s Pregnant
The Kardashian pregnancy rumours happened back-to-back. First sources said Kim’s surrogate was pregnant, then Kylie was expecting with Travis Scott, and then Khloe’s baby news leaked. But shortly after the rumours began circulating, Kim’s team confirmed that her news was true. So why has no one confirmed the other two pregnancies? Are Khloe and Kylie actually not expecting?
At the end of September, Kim shared a promo for Keeping Up, and in it fans see her telling her sister Khloe that she’s pregnant. So we know for sure there’s at least one baby on the way. But it doesn’t make sense why they’d confirm Kim’s pregnancy and not the others, especially when the sisters are reportedly due around the same time. Maybe they’re staying quiet because, although the reports aren’t true, the Kardashians are enjoying being the center of attention.
1 It Could Be A Complete Coincidence
This might be the most plausible theory out there on the triple pregnancies. Simply, the sisters may have all gotten pregnant at the same time out of mere coincidence.
Kim had been planning on using a surrogate for baby no. 3 for a long time. Khloe seems like she’s truly fallen for her man and she’s always been vocal about wanting kids ASAP, so it would not be odd if they did get pregnant. And, finally Kylie’s pregnancy might be totally unplanned, but her family is supporting her just as the Kardashians always do.
In true Kardashian fashion, we’re not surprised the Klan is waiting to confirm the rumours and are basking in being the centre of attention. They’ll probably rake in a lot of dough from the convenient timing, and will also establish the new generation of Kardashians as famous from birth.
We honestly don’t know what the truth is behind the pregnancy rumours, but we hope the Kardashians address them soon because we’re restless.
