She received over 100,000 likes! Although the family has had a lot of changes this year, some good, and some very difficult, she has a lot to be thankful for in her life. The couple also shared a picture on their Instagram story of their daughter with her Thanksgiving plate. The former president's daughter received 700 comments including a comment from her cousin, Lauren Bush. Lauren commented simply, "💙."

Jenna has had a tough year. In October she shared a picture of her late grandfather. Her grandfather was standing behind Hager and her twin sister, Barbara Pierce Bush, on an airplane while they were wearing their Halloween costumes as little girls. Speaking of her twin sister, the girls had told PEOPLE that they had missed each other so much! Barbara had recently moved from New York City to Boston for grad school. Before Barbara went to grad school the sisters were only about four blocks from each other. They were able to celebrate their birthdays the Monday before Thanksgiving and then got to spend Thanksgiving together! They were very excited to be able to spend some quality sister-time together.

Before their grandfather passed away, Barbara sped up her wedding to Craige Coyne so that her grandfather could attend. When she got married she wore a bracelet her grandfather gave her grandmother for their 70th wedding anniversary. He died six weeks after the weeding at the age of 94 years old. They had lost their grandmother earlier in 2018 unexpectedly.

Even with all of the changes and trials, Jenna believes that she is truly blessed and that she has a great life with her family. It is amazing when we get to see all of the things that we are grateful for and to show gratitude.
