10 steps to a healthy pregnancy
It is essential that you are taking good care of yourself. And of course, it is more important that you do so when you are pregnant. You should take both physical and emotional care. The fact is that, the chances of having a problem-free pregnancy as well as a healthy baby will be much higher if you do so. Here are some simple guidelines that can help you immensely.

You should make it a point to be on a diet regime where you are getting seven to eight servings every day. It should include fruits and vegetables, a little bit of carbohydrates (wholegrain is a great option), and some protein - you can get this from legumes, nuts, eggs, meat and fish. Complete this diet by consuming dairy foods and milk too.
