Neither of us cried when she was born but that definitely doesn't mean we don't care. At the time we were both just in shock!

Not at all. People react differently to these situations. I didn't cry at first, partly because of being out of it from my c-section lol and because I was just SOO excited. My husband did cry though. Not everyone cries.

My husband didn't cry and it he cares alot about our daughter. They are really close. I have seen him cry a few times in 2 years and only because his grandpa was dying and when he died. He just doesn't cry.

Jay never cried...he actually had the biggest smile I've ever seen.....and he's a great papa. Not everyone expresses their emotions the same..you'll be fine :)

People express emotions differently. Not crying doesn't equal not caring.
