How can I get my daughter to eat 4oz. every 4hrs. like that chart says she should be doing?
because she's been eating 2oz every 2hrs. since she was a week old. =/
My baby was on similac advance and had horrible projectile spit-up and vomit. Now he is on isomil advance and does great besides getting horrible gas from it. I feel so bad because I can tell his tummy is hurting, and I feel like I can't help him. He kicks his knees up and screams and cries:cry: I've given him the gas drops and they seem to help a little. Is there anything else I can do? Also, it is mostly always at night around the same time. Could it be colic?
Aw, shucks. Thank you Sarah. Max has been a very difficult baby (until recently) so I've had to run the gauntlet of baby issues so far. Especially when it comes to gas! He's the gassiest baby I've ever been around! lol
No problem! Just speaking the truth...
If I can ask, what has recently changed???
Quoting connorsmomma (Sarah):
sooz: I do try and move his legs, and I do the knees to chest thing which helps a little but not completely. What about little remedies gripe water? I couldn't find the hylands colic tablets at walmart, target, or babies r us. So I bought the gripe water.
lolajessup: I do burp him frequently and he is an excellent burper, so that is not it. I have read that colic is usually in the evening hours, and is inconsolable crying that can last for an hour to several hours. So I don't know. I do know that it is his belly because he is constantly kicking he legs up and improves with motion. Also when I put him to sleep at night he passes out in my arms but as soon as I lay him down he wakes up and starts screaming:cry:
my son only takes the Dr. Browns bottles those are good bottles also
