wen i woke up this morning to feed my LO i went to the bathroom and noticed that the front of my underwear was damp and all across my incision was wet. i took some tp, wiped it off and there was blood. i told my mom and she said it didnt look bad enough that i needed to to go to the ER but to call my doctor still. well that was 7 this morning. and its stilll bleeding. its not horribly bad but wen ever u put some pressure on my stomach, even just to hold my son, it bleeds more.i looked at it in a little mirror, theres 2 little parts that are red and one of them is were the blood is coming from. my lower stomach is really sore to the point its starting to hurt to pick up my son but i have to im the only one here to take care of him right now. i called my doctor and im waiting on a call back. i just dont know what to do.

Could be a hematoma. Go!

go to the hospital. that isn't normal at all.
i had a few drops of blood while i was still in the hospital, and that was all the whole time it was healing. it isn't supposed to bleed, especially not like that.

Call your OB if you're concerned but some oozing is normal. With my first C-Section I oozed for about 3 weeks. The nurse in the hospital before I left told me that putting maxi or breast pads over the incision will help absorb the ooze and keep it from getting on your clothes and staying on your skin (which can promote infection.)
