Hey everyone I just wanted to post some pics of my daughters legs, we are going to the specialists for the braces on the 29th. I'm pretty excited. If anyone's little ones had or have frog leg (or atleast thats what the drs are calling it to me) I would love to talk to them so let me know, I have all sorts of questions that only a mom can answer, like, will this effect potty training? how many clothes sizes will we have to go up, if any? any pointers would be great.

her right leg is worse, and her right foot toes in.

her knees are getting really big to me, her regular pedi said they did look odd and that since she doesn't act like they are hurting her, then i should just wait and see what the specialist says, i'm worried it might cause more problems.

My brother was more bowed legged when he was little and he grew out of it completely. He never got braces or anything.

Does she have hip dysplasia? They think my daughter has that. We are being referred to a pediatric orthopedic specialist. Her hips pop and crack through all her exercises in therapy and she is also very frog legged. She sleeps with her legs in that frog position. My daughter doesnt walk or crawl though. I am just wondering if this is the same thing.

Your daughter is adorable though!!! I would have never noticed and bowed legs had you not said something! Even still, you can barely tell!

For everyone saying she should wait, she has had x-rays not just a physical examination. Sometimes it does not go away, and we are talking about braces here not surgery.

Good luck OP.

My sons like that except my dr just said it's because his tibia was curved, i don't remember exactly what it was called.
