I really don't like the hospital that I went to my last pregnancy, but its kind of the only one nearby. It's a Navy hospital and I feel that almost all the people that work there just got the job because they needed the military to pay for their college. When I had my first miscarriage, at 9 weeks, the hospital sucked at helping me with anything. The receptionist was rude, the nurse didn't care that I was spotting bright red blood, and when I went to the ER, all they did was take some blood, pee, did an U/S, and I had to read the report that I had a miscarriage. They had no OB/GYNs working in the ER, so I had to wait forever until they told I had to walk all the way across the building to OB/GYN, and that random doctor can explain it to me. This took all day! That doctor asked me how I wanted to take out all of the junk inside me and I asked him to do it the way where they used the suction thing to take it out, but he insisted not to and I could tell he didn't want to so I just stopped asking. So, I knew the pills were going to suck! I took the pill he told me to and I couldn't stop myself from regurgitating them, so I ended up still having those hardcore contractions (PAIN) all through the night because my painkillers made me puke, while sitting on the toilet watching the bowl fill up with blood clots and blood. And then repeat on the next day!

Sorry this was so long, it just infuriated me when I think about it. I know that the hospital couldn't stop me from having a miscarriage, but I wish the experience wasn't so horrible. I think I'll go tomorrow, I really just want to hear the baby's heartbeat or see it. Man I'm hungry!

In the Army system they don't see you until 10-12 weeks for your first visit. Not sure if all mili is the same.
