I bought a shirt from her on the 10th of September via her selling thread. She PMed me on the 18th stating it was returned to her due to incorrect postage on her part. She asked if I wanted a refund or the shirt. I said the shirt. Another week passes by and she says she shipped it but will refund me anyway. I asked for a tracking number and never got a response.



It has now been 23 days and I still have no package or refund.



I messaged her again today asking for a refund. If I do not hear back in a few days, I am filing a dispute.

I messaged you and asked what you wanted me to do. I offered a refund. I'm sorry I could not get online for 48 hours, but I messaged you immediately when i was able to get back on. I've already refunded you. I have screen shots if need be.

I wasn't avoiding you. I don't get online everyday., hence why I had no problem refunding you. The dispute was decided in your favor because I responded to it. Your first refund is pending until tomorrow as I sent it as a payment (which takes 3-5 business days) with 2 extra for the trouble. Please send it back when it clears.

Yeah, I have no idea what you're talking about. I got the refund from PP. I don't see anything from you in there. If anything comes through, I will send it back.



I understand you aren't online every day. However, it's pretty shitty business wise to sell something and make someone wait almost a month. You said you sent it yet I still haven't had anything come to me. So to me, you didn't send anything and that's bad business IMO.

I added her store on facebook and ordered nearly $30 worth of clothes. She told me she was going to ship for over 2 months, and then finally said she actually did it. I never got my clothes..I asked her about it, and she said they were coming and that she'd even send extra. Never came. I tried to contact her again and she had deleted me off of facebook. I filed a dispute with paypal but it had been too long. After calling and complaining numerous times they refunded me, she didn't. I still have not been able to get ahold of her even though she is on BG all the damn time...:roll:

No need to worry about sending anything back. I figured out how to stop my payment. I couldn't do it mobile (or can and couldn't figure it out).

I order some crochets hats from a page on FB (she is a mama on here as well) I order back on Black Friday and she had a special. She told me it would be 2-3 weeks until the order will be complete and ship. She then posted on her page that she will be moving a few states over and would have everyone order to them before Christmas. Well i message her last week about the status of my order she said he fell behind and will finish and ship Monday (that just pass) ok np. She offered a refund over the week but i told her no ill wait a few more days no problem since 2 of them that i order are for my sons Christmas gift. I went to go message her yesterday and her page is derivatived so i sent her an email to the email thats on the invoice and i haven't hear back. What should i do?

I'm adding Lynne, although she has already been on here 4 times. A few ladies and myself from the March due date group ordered bows/tutus from her and she never shipped them out. She told us she was having moving sale so she wouldnt have to take them with her. Then a month later she had moved yet took all the packages with her? She last sent us a group pm on FB that she was sending the packages out the next day, this was on Jan 15th, we have since asked her for a status on these and she has ignored the emails.



I can get the other girls to write in here as well if needed.
So far I know that I ordered and paid for $20 worth of bows, Another girl had $30 worth, 2 others were also invoiced, one of which was able to get a refund after she called her out, the rest of us were holding out hoping she would send them. She has told us multiple times that the bows have been sent, yet they still have not.

Update: I actually received mine today. However they all stink and one smells specifically like cat or dog piss. Gross.
