How long would you give someone before filing a dispute?
I purchased something on Oct 28. The mama said she would ship the next day or the following monday. On the following wed I asked for the DC# and she still hadn't shipped. Said she would ship the next day and PM me the DC. She has not been online since. :( I have sent her PM's but obviously since she isn't coming online she hasn't read them. I don't want to jump the gun but also don't like the lack of communication.
Also I would like to add I purchased from another mama that lives farther away from me last week and already got my item.

I would go ahead and file a dispute, since u have no dc# or proof that she has shipped...and I personally think u have waited long enough.
But mail has been going slow...but u have no dc#.
And if u file a dispute she can respond to you via PP

Just a little update: in the coincidence of all coincidences ( :roll::lol: ), Kitcatti happened to leave me the following comment at about 9:00 this evening:
"my dear, your mirror has been sent we did not have it framed - I wanted them to package the mirror on its own separate from the frame because I think it would ship better that way. I insured it for $700.00. it will go out from the UPS store tomorrow!"

I ordered Emerson a custom jacket and paid on September 27th. The turnaround time was 3 weeks meaning I should have received it no later than October 18th. I was informed on Wednesday the 20th that it would ship on Saturday. Monday I asked for a DC and was told that she had just shipped that day and didnt have a DC(she doesnt purchase them). I waited and waited. I kept contacting her telling her I hadnt received the jacket yet. She told me on November 4th that she would check the PO because when her packages get returned they go there, she only has a PO Box. She never got back with me so the next evening I PMd her again and was told that yes it was there and it had been reshipped Priority. I FINALLY got it on Monday the 8th and it looks nothing like what I ordered. The whole style is off, missing a button and missing the hood. I PMd her telling her I was unhappy and turns out she made me the wrong f**king jacket, either way its made incorrectly and looks crooked. She said she would be happy to fix it but never stated that I should ship it back and who would pay return shipping. I PMd her yesterday to tell her that someone was going to make me a hat to match so she only needed to fix the lapel and button(I have pictures:D). Havent heard back from her. I'm super pissed b/c her customer service skills are the worst and she is so f**king slow about responding. I spent 32 f**king dollars and received it over a month late so yes I should be top priority right now. At least thats how I handle things when I have a problem. I sent her this message about an hour ago
Could you get back with me please? I already waited over a month for the jacket and now that its totally not what I ordered you should be responding quicker than this. Sorry to be like this but I didnt pay $32 for something I didnt order. I dont plan on waiting another month to have the jacket fixed so if its going to take that long just refund my money and I will get a jacket elsewhere.
Should I just demand a refund and go buy a damn jacket? She has NOT ONCE PMd me first. Not even to check and make sure the package had arrived. Sorry that was so damn long:oops:
