I would call her dr and ask if they want to see her or if they think you should take her to the E.R to get it checked. Dont want to take chances if its a spider bite or something.

you can give her some childrens benadryl and see if the swelling goes down.. Some kids are super allergic to bug bites

Can you get a picture of it?...

I found this on a pediatric medical website:

"When to seek medical attention:
Some insect bites/stings are more dangerous than others. If you suspect your child might have a black widow or brown recluse bite, apply ice to the area and seek medical assistance immediately.
Symptoms of these bites include:
- A deep blue or purple area around the bite, often with a surrounding white area and a red outer ring.
- Abdominal pain
- Headache
- Fever
- Fatigue
- Nausea
- Muscle stiffness
If the area of a tick bite becomes red or swollen, or if the affected area spreads outward, seek medical help to check for Lyme disease."

Ok.. I see how swollen it is... But the bite itself I can't see, and am assuming that there is no noticeable actual puncture?... I would try to put a cold compress... maybe a cold rag with a sock around it? I know it's going to be difficult with a LO who doesn't keep still... If you have any motrin that would be good for the swelling, or get her some infant benadryl. My neice is highly alergic to ant bites and she swells up like that... After medicine if it looks any worse then you could bring her in... Does it seem like it's irritating her, or is she feverish or lethargic?.. If not, just monitor her for a while, and like I said, if symptoms increase, then I would bring her in...
