Felt like it all the time, but I have thyroid and blood sugar issues. It was worse during my 2nd pregnancy.

I felt like it all the time, especially if I had been standing for a while.

Also, in the beginning, I was having some blood sugar issues which made me feel faint too.

I would black out but not pass out.. people on here told me to drink OJ... it helped sooooo much... I would keep some with me at all times in a water bottle..

I felt like it all the time. Specially in the beginning. But I never actually did.

My OB told me it was because I ate food that contained too much sugar & carbs, then I would crash. Which would cause me to feel light headed like I was going to pass out.

I have thyroid problems, so I felt like that a lot.

It actually happened like twice in the grocery store, scary. But I was always okay.

I passed out several times with my second. This time I feel like I'm going to pass out if I walk more than a block or two, but I haven't actually passed out yet. With my second, they told me I was hypoglycemic and should eat a diabetic diet and carry peanut butter crackers or jerky to eat when I felt like I was going to pass out. It worked.

I feel like that often when I stand for long periods of time. I'm always trying to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water. Nothing really seems to help it though other than sitting or lying down.
