LO went to his check up at the begining of the month he was 16 months old he weighs 29.2 lbs and was 35in. tall but his daddy is really tall, and i already just think he is big for his age. Also he is in the 99% for weight and height. I wouldnt worry about it too much or atleast do some research on what the dr. said.

My son is 15 months and i just checked his paper earlier....he is 2ft and so many inches. He is in the 30% for his height. But then again, i am only 5ft tall and my side of the family is peanuts.

my son is 13 months and 33.5 inches. His dr. said that he is off the charts, so I would think 30-32 inches would be normal or maybe just a little below average for a 15 month old..

My 2 year old is only 32 inches tall. I think It might have been 33. But she is way below average in height. My 15 month old is probably still around 29-30 inches.

When you posted this, it really made me go get his chart b/c I thought he was around the same and was told he was in 95th percentile. I was close. Evan (at 15 mo. check up, he was about 15 1/2 mo) was 33 1/4 in. tall and in the 95th percentile. So if he's ONLY 3 inches taller than her and in the 95%, WTH?

My best friend's daughter is 12 days older than Evan and she is at LEAST a head shorter than him. As a matter of fact, they told her already that her daughter would only be about 5' 2" when she was an adult (I think her doc. is a quack b/c they aren't supposed to be able to tell that until kids are two or older) but they didn't say they were worried about her at all. No MS or anything. I think your LO is fine, honestly. If you're worried, you can always change docs.
ETA: Or get a second opinion if you don't want to change docs.
