Is it safe to put a pad over your c-section incision for extra protection when your wearing pants?
I read this online and I was wondering if it was actually really safe to do.
I'm having a repeat c-section next week the latest and i'm in panic mode. I'm a big baby when it comes to pain and discomfort.

I just used pantiliners rather than a full-on pad, but MAKE SURE IT'S UNSCENTED.

Yes it's safe and like the others said, make sure it's unscented. I did it with both of my c-sections and it helped with the drainage and rubbing of the staples alot.

I had a c-sec about 2 months ago and at my 4 week check up my dr said it was a good idea to put a pad over to keep pressure on it and keep it dry so im sure its fine. good luck mama =)
