Fetal Movement In Pelvic Area?! user banned
16th Aug '10

I am 34 weeks pregnant with my second. And never recall having this with my first. For the past few day's I have been feeling her kicking or moving down in my pelvic area & I mean really low. I have even noticed how my stomach had dropped tremendously in the last week. About 2 weeks ago I had to get a shot to stop contractions, and she wasn't doing that then. I am just wondering is this normal or could it be a sign that she may be here sooner than her due date which is Sept. 25th.

My oldest dropped about 2 months before she was born. I didn't have any problems with early labor symptoms, though, so I'm not sure if that could be something you should worry about.

Yeah i was 38 weeks pregnant when i got induced with my first one, & she was never this low. So I'm not sure what to think, it just feels so weird feeling movement so far down that it feel's like she is right there about to come out. And I am constantly in the bathroom ever 5 minutes peeing. She doesn't move hardly any during the day anymore it's always after midnight till like 5 she moves up a storm. I have a dr's appt. tomarrow i am going to talk to him about it. Just wanted some opinions from other momma's before then.

I am not sure, could be.
The last time I went to the doctor mine had already turned to the head down position.

i know with my little girl i can feel her body move but its definitely her feet that are by/ around around my pubic bone.
i can see her kick right above my vagina

babies can always turn. there was someone who got an ultrasound the day before she had her baby and by the time her labor started the next day the baby had turned breech and she had to have a c section
