How long should you wait to have a**l sex after you have your baby? Do the same rules aply as if it was vaginal sex?
that just makes me hurt, cuz that whole area hurt for a while (i had stitches and all)
I dont really know how long you would want to wait. I guess as long as it feels ok. Use protection!
i am curious to see the answer to this cause my boyfriend has the idea that since we cant have sex we are going to be doing it anally for 6 weeks.

Ugh....I dunno about that. That area was very sensitive for me after giving birth.
I'm guessing the rules are the same because the two are so close.
Just be really careful if you have hemorrhoids because they tend to 'act up' more after delivering a baby, especially after a**l.
Use lots of lube and take your time with it, because it is quite a bit different after having a baby, at least the 1st few times.
Good luck :D
when you give birth it feels like you are pushing from your a*****e, so i would think that would be the LAST thing you would want to do.
I wouldn't think there would be a problem with it as long as you don't have the lovely PP hemorrhoids or something. The reason you hold off on vaginal sex is because of the heightened risk of infection and you don't want to chance a pregnancy before your uterus has healed at the site of the placenta.
ETA Also might want to reconsider if you tore.
To all the ladies that have boyfriends who want to jam something up your ass after you just shot a baby out of your vag, or got sliced and diced. Tell them to keep their dick in their pants. Most of the time you can't shit after you give birth, plus hemorrhoids, plus the bleeding out of your vag. They say no sex because your whole body needs a break from that kind of "trauma".
