So it's barely a fever. I would try a warm bath and light clothes. I usually don't give tylenol till it's over 101, but thats just me.

it's better not to give Tylenol until after baby has temp of 102 or higher. My son has had multiple fevers of 103+ and that wasn't rectal. Rectal tends to be a bit higher so your little one is okay. If it gets higher than 102 then I recommend tylenol and if it's 102 and goes for a couple days then I would take to doc. My son had his last fever at 102.6 for 6 days off n on. Just keep body temp cool, less layers, luke warm baths, and damp cloth on head and neck to keep temp down. Hope it goes away so you don't have to worry much. It is fall so babies are going to unfortunately get some viruses. :(
