These are the requirements

  • Must be between the ages of 18 and 30 and in good health.
  • Must be non-smokers and drug-free. Egg Donors must have abstained from smoking for at least six months prior to submitting an Egg Donor application and must not have a history of drug use. Urine toxicology tests may be completed during the Egg Donor screening process to confirm abstinence.
  • Must be able to travel anywhere within United to complete an egg donation. Typically, Egg Donors are required to travel for approximately 5-10 days for the egg donation monitoring and retrieval if cycling with an IVF clinic in another state. Travel requirements vary greatly from clinic to clinic, however, ranging from 2 to 12 days.
  • Must have regular periods.
  • Willing to undergo medical and psychological evaluation.
  • Willing to take self-administered injectable medication.
  • No reproductive disorders or abnormalities
  • We cannot accept Egg Donors who have completed more than five donations and we can only match our Egg Donors for a maximum of six donations, in adherence with egg donation guidelines set forth by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.
  • Egg Donors are responsible for updating their Egg Donor application/profile annually with Conceptions Center for Ovum Donation.
  • Egg Donors cannot have obtained any tattoos, body piercing or blood transfusions within the past 12 months prior to initiating an egg donation.

here are the faqs lol
What are the risks and side effects of an IVF cycle?
Bloating, moodiness, sensitivity and, in very small number of cases, OHSS (Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome).
What if I have had an abortion in the past?
Women can undergo egg donation if they have had abortions in the past.
Can I donate my eggs if I have a Tubal Ligation?
Women can undergo egg donation if they have had tubal ligation.
Can I be a donor if I have tattoos and piercings?
Due to the risk of infectious diseases, Egg Donors must wait six months to one year after receiving a tattoo or body piercing before they can undergo egg donation.
Must I abstain from sex during the egg donation process?
Egg Donors are expected to abstain from sexual intercourse while on medications for the egg donation cycle. Egg Donors are extremely fertile while on hormone stimulation medication and run the risk of multiple pregnancy if they do not abstain from sexual intercourse during this time period. Also, sexual intercourse could potentially expose the Egg Donor to sexual transmitted diseases, which would be problematic for the egg donation cycle. A cycle can be cancelled if an Egg Donor engages in sexual intercourse while on medications.
Can I exercise during the egg donation process?
Egg Donors are expected to restrain from engaging in strenuous exercise from the time they begin stimulation hormones through a couple of weeks after the retrieval to avoid medical complications.
Can I take Birth Control Pills?
Egg Donors may take birth control pills while waiting to be matched. Egg Donors may or may not be asked to discontinue the use of birth control pills prior to beginning the screening process for an egg donation cycle. Some clinics may require that the Egg Donor remain off of birth control pills for a specified period of time during the initial screening; and all Egg Donors will discontinue the use of birth control pills after they have taken the stimulation medication for a specified period of time.
Can I be on Depo Provera?
Egg Donors must remain off of this medication for several months before they can donate.
What if I have an Intrauterine Device (IUD)?
Egg Donors who have had an IUD insertion generally may donate without removing the IUD if it does not release any level of hormones. IUDs, such as the Mirena IUD, that release hormones may have to be removed prior to egg donation. Be sure to inform Conceptions Center if you have an IUD insertion.
I just had a baby, can I still donate?
Yes, provided that you are not breastfeeing.
How long is the entire donor/recipient IVF process?
Once the donor is chosen, the IVF cycle is usually completed within a 2-3 month period.
Will I be taxed on my compensation as an egg donor?
Conceptions Center is responsible for reporting donor compensation to the Internal Revenue Service. Donors will receive an IRS Form 1099 from CCOD. It is the sole responsibility of the donor to include the form 1099 when reporting income to the IRS.
How much will it cost me to donate my eggs?
There are no out-of-pocket fees to the donor for participating in our program. Any out of town travel expenses (if needed as part of the IVF cycle) will be paid for by the prospective parents and arranged by Conceptions Center.

i asked my mom this and she thought it was possible,
but, can you still go through the process when you have an IUD or do you have to have it taken out first?
