white line on pregnancy test. Call me Danu ♥ 1 child; Arizona 5211 posts13th Oct '10
If there is a "white line" on a pregnancy test where the pos should be does that infact make it a pos test? This isn't when reading it ten min later but right at the 3 min mark.

I forget what its called but I am pretty sure (its negative) and you are just seeing the line where the dye would stick to if you had gotten a bfp.

its not positive unless it has color. if you see the white test strip, you're just seeing the antibody strip.

I wouldn't count on it as a positive, without color it's normal to see the test strip where color should catch.

If it has no color in it, it's an evap line!

The strip has a spot where the ink is supposed to fill, which is white. If it isn't pink (or blue or what have you) it's negative.
