So today I went in for my day 21 progestrone test to see if the Clomid helped me O on time, and also DH had to have a Sperm Analysis.....anyways I took a OPK on CD 14, and got a positive, so we BD the next 2 days after that......and now its been 7DPO and I'm waiting to test...probably on Thursday which would make me 11DPO. My AF usually shows up 11DPO so I'm waiting until then, the only sign I've had is sore b**bs and thats about it.....But for all you other ladys that have gotten BFP's using Clomid......How manys DPO did you get your it?

with clomid they recommend not testing til 14dpo [when you should be getting a blood draw] because it can give false hope - you may experience chemical pregnancies [or get false negatives].

If I remember right I o'd either on March 22th, and I got my bfp on April 1st. So 10 dpo. It was my 2nd round of clomid 100mg. I was really patient for whatever reason I just wasnt worried about testing that round, I stayed really calm and just went with it. I think I tested on day 6 and 7 and then just gave it a break for a few days. and when I tested on 10dpo it was super dark so had i kept testing im sure i would have seen something on day 8 or 9. I dont think the clomid affects how soon you'll get a bfp though. my previous pregnancies i found out around then as well. Good Luck!

and i was never told to wait to test either. Any pregnancy has the chance of being chemical. As soon as I got my bfp on 4-1 I called and went in the next day for my blood draw, and every 48 hrs after until i was able to get an u/s because of my previous ectopic pregnancy they wanted to monitor everything close to make sure it made it past the tube.

eta-but like i said i was only on clomid, like casey said if you were on anything additionally with the clomid, it may affect your test.
