My 19 month old just fell out of his booster seat and hit his head on our table. He got an instant bruise but only fussed, not even a cry, for maybe 10 seconds. Now he seems to be acting fine (it happened about 10 monutes ago). Do you think he's ok?? I feel sick.

If he is doing fine like fully alert and all of that I am sure he is fine.

As long as he isn't drowsy, I think it should be ok. Definitely keep an eye on him for a while though.

He should be fine. Just don't let him go to sleep right away. keep a close eye on him for an hour or two. If he starts to vomit take him to the hospital. My daughter fell down our cement stairs outside when she was about 18 months old. Only 3 stairs, but she went head first in to a pole at the end. She got a golf ball lump, but she was fine. I called the hospital up, but they just told me unless she starts getting drowsy, or vomits, or starts acting strange, then she should be fine.
