I'm on my third pregnancy and I guess I've stopped worrying about every little thing this time around. Well, I've been taking ibuprofen and I found out today that it isn't safe during pregnancy because it can cause a miscarriage. AND, I've been jumping on a trampoline with my daughter. I hadn't even considered that it was not safe. Now I'm worried. What else am I forgetting, besides the usual no alcohol no smoking no hot tubs? Please respond with anything you can think of (and the reason why it's bad, if you know). I appreciate your help ladies. I don't have my first dr visit til Jan 17 and that seems so far away.

Warm up lunch meat till it's steaming and no cold hot dogs. Tyenol is about the only thing safe to take during pregnancy. Any other meds I always check with my doctor.

your not supposed to have cold lunch meat i guess your supposed to warm it because of listeria or something and i didnt know that with my first pregnancy and had a cold cut sandwhich from subway every two weeks because i craved it and had no idea. I would do a google search on what you can't have/do during pregnancy..

I SERIOUSLY had my husband believing I couldn't give him oral when I was pregnant with our son, I told him it was something to do with the possibility of introducing foreign bacterias into my bloodstream because penises are unsanitary... I had him believing it for like a month :) then he finally looked it up on the internet... it was great... I mean come on... expecting a pregnant woman to do THAT? LOL
