My biggest problem is I'm a boredom eater. I've started a new diet and exercise plan, but that doesn't change the fact that I still feel hungry even when I know I'm not. Has anyone had any luck with diet pills or appetite suppressants?

I know the feeling, girl! We're moving to England in about 6 months and I'm wanting to lose between 30 and 40lbs. It's hard sticking to diets, especially for me, but we can do this! lol :D

Hello. My friend liked to take appetite suppresants despite all the side effects. He claimed that end justifies the means. Well, he used to take Phen and lost about 50 lbs for 2 months. Perhaps, this hunger suppresant will help you too. Good luck!
