Is tea ok? ~RJ~DG~AS~ 4 kids; Conroe, Texas 16669 posts

To give to my toddler? She has had a few sips of my regular iced tea, but I don't want her having much of it because I drink caffeinated tea, but if I get some decaf iced tea would it be ok to give her some once in a while as a little change up from just water?

Tea isn't too bad, I would try getting the ones without much sugar..

Try a simple herbal tea, like the lemon zingers and things like that. They make damn good iced tea!
But yeah, a little decaf black tea isn't going to hurt anyone.

Tea has lots of antioxidants. IMO tea is good. You don't want it too sweet though.

I think tea would be fine in moderation! :)
