We have never had a problem with them either, but they can be pricey at times. They can be tricky with their 3 months free movie channels too. We usually forget to cancel the ones we dont want and then bam our bill gets higher lol.

I have a real problem with companies who treat their customers like shit and they do it.. I couldn't believe what some of their customer service agents said to me. Otherwise, I would have had no problem staying with them.. I went to AT&T u-verse and get 200 more channels and pay 50$ less so it worked out for me :lol:

I have no clue, but in order for that to happen, someone would have had to tap into her satelite, which I personally have never heard of and would assume you would have to be a genius too. Normal cable, you can tap through wires that are on the house, and split them. I am betting that someone knows her information and ordered it online or through the phone, or there was some kind of mess up in the system.

yea , they can be..(well hubby does lol) but he is the one that has all this extra stuff on it, yes it can get pricey for Direct tv..but hubby has everything in HD ,Sports packages all the movie channels and 3 dvr recievers(for each room) we pay 170 a month...

Yea if I dont get through to someone who isnt rude and apologetic then I say screw them, but we messed up and dont have much room to mess up Dh's credit because of his job. If it were me, I would be like take it to debt collections, it isnt like I have any money for you to take lol.

I am suspicious too of a family member since alot of ladies say that you can order them online and on your phone. HMMM Who else would know her account? You need to know the account info in order to order them movies right?

I don't remember everything, this was 2 years ago.. I just documented every time I called and got blown off or treated poorly, kept their names and emailed with that and the issues I was having, the disappointment I felt.. all that stuff.

Yea we got HD and the NFL package and 3 DVR receivers. Ours was 130-160 a month depending on if we rented movies or got credit for what ever reason.
Now it should be lower since we are done with the NFL package though, yay!
