Yesterday i woke up to the MOST PAINFUL contractions. They lasted for an hour and were abut 30-45 seconds each and occurred every 2 minutes. I felt like i was going to crap myself! Did any one else have this problem so early? I have a doctors appointment friday for my GD test and i am going to ask if my doc can check my cervix to make sure the contractions didnt dilate me at all. Does this mean i might have a premie?
Anyone could have a premie at any time. Drink lots of water, you may have been a little dehydrated.

Yes. Everytime it was because I was dehydrated!!
I went to the hospital and they hooked me up to the contraction thing and I was contracting but when they checked my pee they saw that I was dehydrated...when they put an IV in, I stopped contracting
I had contractions at 27 weeks due to not drinking enough liquids. Keep yourself hydrated.
I went into preterm labor at 28 weeks because I was dehydrated. They gave me an IV and a shot to stop the labor.
I went into preterm labor again at 31 weeks and they did the same thing except instead of a shot I got pills to take until I was 37 weeks.
Most of it was caused by High Blood Pressure and Dehydration.
i had woken up one morning to contractions at 28.3 weeks. i had a rock hard belly and the contractions lasted 30secs and were every two mins like you. i went to the doctor that morning and i was 10cm dilated  i ended up having my son 3 days later. DO NOT hesitate to call your doctor if something doesn't feel normal!
