This is a bottle of what used to be breast milk. It's infected with a bacteria called serratia. The residents of an apartment in Virginia Beach have recently found out that due to drinking the water in their apartment a new mother and her 3 mo old son have become infected with this bacteria. Upon informing the manager and even the regional manager of the apartment complex; they were told NOT to tell anyone else in the apartment complex and also that they would NOT arrange for the water in the apartment to be tested to verify that it was the source for the infection. Numerous calls have been made to the water dept, the heath dept, and even the national center for disease control and still a week later nothing has been resolved to ensure a safe environment for this young family or for the other residents who may even now be consuming the bacteria ridden water.... Except the young couple being threatened by the complex because they want the water tested and other residents informed.

I would so sue!! They have to do something about it!! It's against the law for them to withhold that information and to not do anything about it!

Wow. Serratia is really bad! "Serratia has been linked to pneumonia, blood infections and urinary tract infections."

wow that looks like strawberry milk. I didn't even know such thing could happen.

And the fact that they are trying to make them stay quiet about a bacteria in their water?!?! No freaking way I would stand for that.
Those poor people :(
Hopefully it gets resolved soon
