I had a c-section on Monday and sleeping at the hospital was great. Didnt have any pain getting up thank to the awesome beds they have, but when I got home i tried laying on my back and I could NOT get up at all. My end stitch was hurting soo bad i couldnt even roll over on my side and get up. Does anyone know anyway i can sleep better?

Sleep on your side or propped up on a bunch of pillows. I know it sucks for about a week :(

get a body pillow and lay on your side and put the body pillow beside you w/ the end of it between your legs... OR sleep on your back with a pillow under your knees (if you're a back sleeper).

I didn't have c-sections, but I had surgery and they cut up and down from my pelvic bone to the top of my belly button. I slept on my back, propped up on several pillows so almost half sitting, for weeks and weeks because it was the only way I could get out of bed. I had to put my feet over the edge and half lean/turn to my side and then push myself up with my arm. It sucked. I got so tired of laying on my back, but I couldn't lay on my side for 3-4 months without things hurting/pulling. Mine was different though, they pretty much pulled open my entire abdomen. When I first started sleeping on my side I put pillows behind my back so I was only like half on my side.

Hope you feel better soon - and congrats!!! :)
