How much do YOU pay to live in a house like this, and in one of those nice communities where the houses are semi close together. We call them the "rich hood" from where I'm from lol. Sometimes the houses almost always look the same as well, and NO, I'm not talking about the ones where the houses are connected.

Our house is one story and when we bought it, it was 500,000 and now is priced at 1.5 mil.

We live in south florida, too.

Depends out here because there is a lot of government housing and you can pay 20% of your income. But regularly, I would say about 1000-1200...

that house doesnt look nice at all. but the huge yard and all that land around it would be cool. around here it would probably go for around $2500 a month

Holy crap! For just a one story? Wow around here for a one story in a nice neighborhood it's only like $150-200K. For a two story it's like $200k-$300k

Right now, in a good school district, you can get a small single (~2000 sq ft) for around $300-$350K depending on it's condition and age.

Where we were looking, that would go for $150k-$175k but where I live now, those places average $350k. I would pay the first amount, not the prices here
