Do I have to do sit-ups to tone and tighten my belly? It's all loose and flabby from having 3 babies...but I hate doing sit-ups. Are there other ways to tighten and tone or am I stuck? TIA
this is my belly- if it helps

You cant tone and tighten without working out. In order for ab workouts to work you have to do cardio as well. Soo cardio and crunches, planks, situps, ball exercises, core exercises.

planks are good. Sit ups can be bad if you have muscle seperation from pregnancy. I do crunches, not full sit ups that often.

I'm planning on joining a gym on Monday- but I just really hate sit-ups- I don't mind doing other exercises, though!

I did a LOT of walking after my kids, and just pushing the stroller seemed to tighten me all up... here, I'll post my last belly pic I took [three weeks before delivery] and my 5.5 weeks pp pic

you can still see the line from being pregnant haha This was a second child, my first the weight came off earlier I found, but that's normal with each child.

Did you do the full 90 days? If you did and still have extra skin a tummy tuck would work.

Will cycling or treadmill help with my belly at all?

No. You have to do abdominal exercises to tone your abdomen. Walking and cycling will help shed weight but it isn't going to give you a tight flat stomach.

Well shit! I need to lose weight too, but the flabby tummy is what I'm most self conscious about...

I found speed wakling really tightened me up, I did 15 minutes a day to start, and then worked up to 30 a day. I had defined abs again by about 3 months post partum, it just needed me to stick with it! I don't do sit ups, it's bad for your back, and I'm not a fan of crunches either, I tried them, but just couldn't do them and it was hard to stick with.
