Stomach Pain when I sit/stand Stephy + 2 2 kids; Lafayette, LA, United States 285 posts

I'm 31 weeks. My stomach area hurts when I sit down or when I get up. It's not a lot of pain, but it is enough pain to let me know that I am in pain. (If that makes any sense to you at all.) It will hurt for a little bit and I find the pain isn't so bad if when I get up I hold my belly a bit.
Is that normal?

is it like a sharp knot?
i usually get that when i sit down then stand up, it'd be a sharp knot pain on my left and right side kinda lower abdomen..higher than my hips..ill have to hold on to my stomach or bend over a little bit until it goes away.

they say it's round ligament stretching..completely normal :)

Thanks!
Yes, it's like a sharp knot. I thought it was something bad. I finally did my arm exercises today for the first time in a few months which makes me a very horrible patient. I'm sure I'll end up back in physical therapy because I'm too stupid to actually do my exercises. I keep thinking I'll learn one day.
