Well, I took a test, BFN. Period still has yet to start I dont know whats wrong with me LOL.

Anyone that used the nuva ring, did you get pregnant on it? I have had it for 5 months. The doctors office gave me a sample pack for 5 months to let me try out it and see how I felt about it. Well, I loved it. But I think I misscalculated how long I had the last one in and had it in an extra week.

Well, when I take it out I always get my period 2 days later. And I never spot it just shows up but last night I had some cramping and I started so I thought. TMI..But this morning when I went to change the tampon there was nothing there. And I know there was some last night.

I'm not asking if I'm pregnant LOL I know there is tons of those going around I just want to know if anyone got pregnant on it. Because the doctor said if I leave it in a extra few days I would still be ok and it would still work but I dont know why my period is messed up this time if it has been regular since I have had Mackenzie and been on the ring.

I am currently on the Nuva Ring and had a scare about two months ago. I took a test and it came up positive but the blood test came up negative. My doctor said that she has had a couple of women get pregnant while using it. I just always check to make sure mine hasn't dropped out and keep a schedule of when to take it out and put it in again. In the packet it says that if you skip a period on your off week that you should take a test. Good luck:D

Thanks. I am going to go later today to get a test. I'm not going to tell Michael unless it comes up postitive because we have been talking and he doesnt want another baby right now (I secretly do but I'm not going to get pregnant on purpose). But I dont want to worry him. I'm just worried that if I did get pregnant how my body would react to it because I had a very bad pregnancy with Mackenzie. Started to go into labor at 28 weeks and went into labor 10 times and then ended up having a c-section and felt all that. UGH I dont even want to think about it LOL. If it is we will be happy no matter what but its still scary.

i forgot to take mine out on the right day also. i was on the sunday pattern and when that sunday came i totally forgot to take it out. i was thinking it was the next sunday well anyway on wednesday i started feeling crampy so i calculated and realized i was suppose to take it out. so i did. and i got no period. until a week later, wednesday, the day i was suppose to put it back in! i am suppose to take it out tomorrow so we will see what happens and see if i am back to a normal cycle or not. it sucks because i just had my period 2 weeks ago!

but also if you go to the website this is what they say about leaving it in too long.

I began the Nuvarong again at my 6 week check-up after having my son in October. I had a regular period in March (2008), and then spotted in April (kind of weird) and then nothing in May. My husband and I were in shock, but on the 7th I found out I was pregnant..., again. My youngest is 8 months, we were so not expecting to have anymore. He didn't get a vasectomy because we wanted to be out of the woods of SIDS, with our son. He was plannig on doing it in November, but here we are now. After this one I am begging to get my "tubes tied". It is just strange how things work out.
