I'm about a month pregnant, having very light bleeding. Not regular, no pain. I've noticed two or three very small brownish clots. I'm tryin not to freak myself out over it.. normal? Not normal? Tia.

No miscarriages do not always hurt.. most occur when a woman doesn't even know shes pregnant ( before her period arrives)

O also.. I found out I was pregnant Dec 12th ( apparently concieved Nov 20th) and I had a little light pink..almost nude colored discharge when I wiped two times around 6 weeks pregnant! so.. as long as you aren't filling up a pad or in a lot of pain.. I'd say you are likely fine

If you are bleeding at all that far along, I would go to the hospital and have them check it out!

It just depends on how far along you are and your pain management.

No, not always. I lost my first baby at 4 months pregnant. I woke up one morning, went to the bathroom and noticed I was bleeding. My husband rushed me to the hospital and they confirmed we had indeed lost the baby. I felt completely normal and didn't hurt at all.

No. I had just taken a test and it came up positive right away. I wiped and it (tmi) felt slippery so I looked and it was a lot of bright red blood. Shitty thing was it happened on Father's Day. I didn't tell my husband because I didn't want him to feel like crap on Father's Day if we finally had a baby.

On the other hand, I had brown, clotty discharge with my daughter and she is a very healthy, active 16 month old. :) Stay calm and call your doctor if you are worried. Not much they can do, but they can at least check your levels over the next few days. Best of luck and a truck load of sticky dust.

I miscarried one of the twins at 12 weeks. It didn't hurt. Just bloody discharge for a few days. It was gross though.

I hope to God everything is okay with you, but just wanted to put my input. I miscarried at 7 weeks but didn't know it till 10 weeks. I had nothing. No pain, no blood. I went in to the hospital and they realized I had a missed miscarriage... If ever in doubt, just go in, better safe than sorry. Good luck, mama <3
