If my uterus if tilted forward could it really already be doing this at only 5 weeks?

I swear it does not feel just like bloating! I had a almost flat stomach before I got pregnant and my tummy is getting bigger and bigger everyday and I can't even wear normal clothes anymore. I HAVE to wear maternity! I know so early on it can't be baby but this is crazy bloat.

I've heard some people tell me it's all in my head and it's just bloat and others say if my uterus is tilted really forward (like I was told it is) then I could be showing very early and everything will balance out around 20 weeks.

I just feel so huge for being so early along & I'm about to go nuts from people asking me if I'm having more than one or looking at me like I ate too many cookies. lol.

Your uterus wouldn't show this early...even a tilted uterus. It is still below your pelvic region.

Its bloat. I have a tilted uterus and I didn't show till 25 weeks with my first. and I even started out at 100 pounds.

Even with a tilted uterus it wouldn't be showing yet.. Your baby is about the size of a sesame seed right now. It's just bloat.

Yours could be tilted in a different direction.

Regardless, OP wouldn't notice a difference for at least a few more weeks.

It doesn't matter which way my uterus is tilted..she still would not be showing at 5 weeks. Let alone..a "few" more weeks. I say maybe 20 weeks.

That looks too high to be your uterus...which is still well below the top of your pants at this point. My guess is bloat...

If your uterus is tilted forward, you can start to 'show' at about 8 weeks, when the uterus rises above the pelvis.

The whole 20 weeks thing makes no sense, since the fund us is above the pubic bone at an average of 12 weeks.

I don't see a whole lot of women "showing" at 12 weeks, either. On average..its around 20.

and looking at those you would not technically be "showing" until at least 16 weeks. Not 8 weeks and not 12 weeks.

If it is bloat is feels REALLY weird....it's like heavy feeling and not like anything I've ever felt before.

I have not been eating tons or anything really unhealthy or anything like that.

Maybe it's just because I've never been pregnant so I don't know what pregnant bloat feels like....

This was before I got pregnant. My stomach was super close to flat.
