For the past few days I really can't do anything without feeling like I'm gonna pass out, and I have NO idea why! I got dehydrated a little nearly a week ago and since then have been drinking fine so I'm not sure if I could still be dehydrated? Somebody said it could be low iron (I've been borderline anemic my whole life but when I told the ob/gyn that at my first visit she disregarded it like I said I had to sneeze). It's just simple thing too. Like I did a few things around the house (no heavy lifting or anything, basically just taking care of the animals), and that took like 10 minutes maybe. As soon as I was done I went to go in the kitchen to finish the mac and cheese I was making and all of a sudden I had to sit down or I was going to pass out. My face got HOT and flush and I had that overwhelming feeling like I was about to topple over. I sat on the couch for about 5 minutes then stood up to see if I could finish what I was doing. That was a no go. I laid in bed for 4 hours before I felt ok enough to get up and actually eat something. It was AWFUL. Then the next day was standing in line at the PX and after being there not even 10 minutes I had to go sit down because I once again felt like I was going to pass out. Happened twice again today. Once when I was out feeding a craving with a friend and then again when I was in the shower. I'm going to see if my friend will take me to the doctor tomorrow since idk that I could survive the long walk from the parking lot to the ob/gyn office (usually about a 10 minute walk). I'm just not sure what the heck it could be? I haven't been over-exerting myself or anything...

Sounds like dehydration or low blood sugar. If it continues call your doctor or the MTF....they may want to do some bloodwork and rehydrate you with IV fluids. Right now, this early, it's the only thing that I can think of. You are only 2 days ahead of me...and I haven't experienced any of those problems except for fatigue so far.

Good luck.

I didn't even think about atht. I've always had naturally low blood pressure was relatively high for me at only about 100/67 and my pulse was like 65 or something like that. I wonder if that could be it. And my family does have a history of gestational diabetes, they wanted to test me early because of it but they weren't planning on doing it until my 12 week visit which is still 2 weeks away. I wanted to see if I could get an IV because even drinking more, I know I still don't drink enough. I just... can't. When I'm not pregnant I drink around 1/4 of what you're supposed to in a day and I never have any problems. I figure if it could be dehydration an IV will help a lot.

Yeah my BP is normally pretty low too. I have a BP cuff & monitor and when I check it and I'm feeling like that its usually pretty low. The last it was 86/58...At work I have to bend over for a minute and I feel fine shortly after...

Its much worse pregnant though for me.

I'm beginning to think hormones are the devil.... Lol. They cause so many dang problems for me!

And yeah your bloodpressure sounds about as insane as mine. Where can you even get a BP cuff and monitor? I should probably get one just to make sure mine isn't going too low. When I'm sick it drops drastically. Last time I was at the ER (which was actually only like 3 weeks ago) it was like 70/50. The nurses were like WOW o.O But bending over? Usually that makes me feel worse =/

I got mine from WalMart.

You poor poor girl, I;ve had that same problem since I was about 4 months. When it started it was really bad and often, but from months 5 up until 8, I STILL have it happen occasionally. I read on the internet that its circulation going to baby instead of you, and maybe low BP too. My midwife poo poos it like its nothing, but its a pain in the kiester...one of those omg if i dont SIT down im gonna FALL down things...i wouldnt worry about it too much, pregnancy is just like "invasion of the body snatchers" your like ":what the HELL has taken over my mind and body." I'm just glad i only have about a month or so to go...im about 3 weeks from full term 37 weeks, i hope this kid wants out soon...
