Probably around 18-24 months for my last one. We had to be very diligent about cleaning him properly and pushing it back so the post-cirumcision foreskin didn't reattach itself to the head.

Yup no one warned me so my son was ripped back at 13 months and it still reattached. I feel horrible and will not circumcise again EVER! Anyways they say they didn cut enough skin. So he has tons of issues. Im hoping the adhesion fixes itself its small nothin like the first. He is two now I notcied some change as he is losing weight... Jus wondering if it really does go down.

It does I had some seriously fatassed babies (said with all the love in my heart), my 5 year old being the heaviest and now his is completely gone and he's in the 50th percentile for weight. It will go down, it's just a matter of body type and really working off baby chub in general as they get older.

I'm sure he'll be just fine. It's so easy to compare to other kids or worry so much about those percentiles. At the end of the day, I say if the doctors don't have a concern, I won't stress. If he's active and eats healthy and is happy, no worries.

Yes, with my youngest. Our pedi took gauze and neosporin and pushed it back. She said to really, REALLY be on top of it and push it back ourselves when cleaning him to make sure it didn't get more serious and to use aquaphor as a lubricant to help it after bathtime.

You said his dad was super tall. I guess those pesky genetics don't count for anything, right?? :)

EXACTLY!!! They never consider him even tho I said it a million times. Im only five foot tall... he is six six 250 so they need to leave our boys alone ;) Yea his dr sucks well the male one... the female dr there seems to be a lot smarter lol.

He sounds incredibly narrow minded. Our pedi is kind of matter of fact but I've come to appreciate that she has never made me feel bad for having chunky babies and I trust that if she's not worried, I don't need to be. Doctors who breed worry freak me out.
