Sorry ladies, Im not sure how else to describe it. Since Friday night Ive felt like someone has punched me straight between the legs. My crotch hurts and is sore and there is lots of pressure. Im 33 weeks and I went to get checked and was told everything is fine but not really why its going on. Has anyone else felt this?

I've heard this can be from baby getting into position (head down)
I've been wondering if my son has turned yet but I am not feeling anything close to what you have described lol so probably not for me

It's the baby lowering a tad into your pelvis - which separates and makes room for baby.

yep, I got it around 33 weeks, & waited for my regular prenatal appt to ask the doc, and all she said was everything is moving and shifting and gettin ready to squeeze a baby up on outta there. the pain gets a little better, but not a whole lot. I still feel it at 36 weeks.

Your pelvis is widening. Mine hurt for about 2 weeks after delivery also.

That makes sense. They just told me everything was ok and sent me on my way and I was just relieved to know the baby was fine so I didnt really bother asking at that point. They asked if I had had sex and I knew that wasnt it because its been awhile but it does feel like Ive had a lot of it as far as being sore between my legs and stuff.

I tell my sister this all the time. I get that feeling and when I step up onto anything it hurts worse. I am only 23 weeks and I feel like that already =/ hope it doesn't feel like this my whole pregnancy.

I just made a post about this last week using the same exact words you just did to describe it. My pubic bone also pops when I move

I know what you mean! Getting in and out of bed is horrible. Same with going up and down stairs. my SO gives me the funniest looks when Im getting into or out of bed trying to get up and down because I make terrible faces and noises. I told the doctor I felt like I was punched in the vagina plus I had pressure and I was sore. I didnt know how else to describe it. I felt awkward but I did it anyways.
