I would highly suggest a humidifier, in you house, and in your room at night

They are supposed tobe pretty normal. I am with shmvogt. Get a humidifier. Ever since I've had mine, I wake up feeling so much better.

OMG! I have that too! I don't know how to get rid of it! It defenitly makes it harder to sleep at night!
So you say a humidifier will do the trick?

I have the same problem. I read that it's one of the unspoken signs of pregnancy. I don't do anything about it either but I do plan on eventually getting a humidifier for the babys room so I might just have to test it out until the babys born.

I have the same problem. The only thing that ensures I won't have a bloody nose for the day is putting a little vaseline on my finger and rubbing it in my nose. Sounds gross I know... but it works :o)
