Who knows what the cut-off is for abortion in the state of florida?
When I went for mine in Sept. of this past year the woman told me it was 13 weeks.
ETA - that was at that certain facility. I just asked a friend of mine and she was legally able to get one at 17 weeks. So I'm unsure what the official cut off date is.
Most states it's 24 weeks. I don't specifically know FL but if you're really early on it should be fine.
I think it's 24 weeks for florida

wow that late> i wonder what it is in britain never thought about it.
wow 24 weeks! that seems really late!!
Quoting Amber Buehrer:" wow 24 weeks! that seems really late!!"
They're viable at 24 weeks, thus the cut-off. Some states are stricter than others, but the norm is 24 weeks or earlier.

agree i think its too late
Quoting Alyy Ann:" That seems like too long... "
Well it's best not to wait that long but it is how long they're available for. The earlier one can get in the better
Quoting Boobylicious:" Here there are no legal-limits for abortions, so while it seems late at 24 weeks, it really isn't compared to a 40 week abortion being legal here."
But wouldnt it be alive still if they 'aborted' it? Wouldnt it just be like inducing?
its 24 weeks in Maine too...i think that is waaay to late
