Hey, I have a question. Im 36 weeks pregnant & my dr said that my cervix is facing down. Does anyone know what that means?

It means it is no longer facing posterior, which is a good sign your body is preparing itself for the big event.

The cervix usually points towards your back a bit, when it starts pointing down, it means it is getting into a better position and angle to allow the baby to come through during labor.

Im C-section because my pelvic bone is too small. My 1st was 6 pounds 11 ounces and she was too big, so they had to do C section. :)

Ah, yeah, narrow pelvises are not fun when considering childbirth. I, thankfully, have a 'birthing' pelvis. Except, now my pelvis has arthritis, so we'll have to see how I fair with giving birth to the approximately 10 pound baby...I may have to have a c-section too if my pelvis does not open properly to accommodate. My first was over 9 pounds and that birth was fine, but I didn't have the arthritis 6 years ago, kwim?

But yeah, I'm 36 weeks, Dr said that if by 37 I don't have baby he would do C-section because I've been in preterm labor twice and they've given me steroids for baby and she would be fine to come out, so I'm hoping for the bestt. :)

Oh yeah, because of the steroid shots, you and her should be perfectly fine to be separated. I wish you all the luck!
