I mean her sons is not bad.. but her now choices... Ick. She asked if we liked them I told her no because I dislike trendy/mispelled/popular names.

Yeah. All these baby names are giving me baby fever. I already have my next boy name picked out. I am still deciding on a middle for a girl.

When the first name is a short name, does it flow better to have a short middle name or long?

My favorite girl name is Stella
Middle name options are Sue or Elizabeth

I hope we have a girl, it's so much easier thinking of names. I finally think we have come to an agreement to a boy name but I'm sure it will change

I think it depends on how "short" (1 or 2 syllables?) as well as the last name.

I think if the first and last are very short, the MN needs a little more "meat", yaknow?

lol yes syllables! I totally blanked on the word. Our last name has two syllables!

I get what you are saying, thank you!

I, also, think it depends on the last name. Our name choices are Eleanor & Augustine, so I want to pair them up with nothing longer than two syllables since our last name is 2.

It depends on the last name and how many syllables it is.
