I know, I am! I was away from the computer & cell service for the most of yesterday. By the time I did get back to those amenties my brain was too fried to process anything!
I hope you had a great day!

I actually have it ready to e-mail if you send me your real e-mail address. Mainly eating healthy, plenty of water, portion control, and after I dropped 50 pounds I began to exercise. Sometimes I get side tracked with the exercising, but I did start back up yesterday and I plan to get through the whole 60 days.

Of course you can. Start making healthy menus for you and your child, go for walks with him, include him into your exercise routines, find healthy snacks that he would enjoy and yourself.

He's so difficult though. He would rather starve himself than to eat veggies or chicken. All he wants is chicken nuggets, pb&j, MAC n cheese or pancakes. He will not eat anything else I make him. I dont know what to do because i cant starve him so I give him what he wants.

I completely understand that my 2.5 year olds favorite food is milk, pizza, mac n cheese, potatoes, and few select fruits. That's about all I can get her to eat too. It's rough when they are picky.
