I get that sometimes when I have gas or indigestion. Try some tums.

Upper as in above your uterus?? If it's "upper abdomen" then which side is your cramping on?? Right or left?

I'm not sure about the cramping but I had severe pain in my pelvic region toward the end of my pregnancy because the bones were separating. It hurt like a m**********r!

Well being pregnant makes a difference....lol. Has baby been moving a lot today? One reason could be if baby is moving or kicking one spot.....could make it sore, or cause that one spot to stretch just a little which causes cramping.....just like when your uterus grows, you will experience a little cramping because of the muscle stretching. And the pelvic pain....well that could be babys head pressing on the bone. My daughter lived on my pelvic bone for weeks....the pain was killing me!!

Try lying down on your back for as long as you can stand it...might help with the pressure on the bone

Yea...maybe baby was just stretching out in there....I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it gets worse over the next day or two. If it's something you are really concerned about then call your doc in the morning, maybe they can find out what the cause is and find a solution.

Im willing to bet it was just the baby stretching out though....

Good luck to you :)

Feel better :)

Don't be scared! It's normal :). Your ligaments start loosing up early in pregnancy, so by the time you get as far along as you are, all it takes from there is the added weight of the baby pressing on the already loosened ligaments. It's a slow process....but that's definitely nothing to worry about....even when I had that pain with my daughter the doc said it was normal and there wasn't anything they could do about it. And it hurt like hell!!!!!!

Now that I think about it, I don't know why I keep having kids!! Lol....so much time passes that I forget all the aches and pains I went through....I'm starting to remember now though....I just hit 9 wks and im still sick to my stomach....b**bs hurt....belly hurts....and the list goes on...lol
