my LO is 6 months old and has been dealing with a runny nose since he started teething a few weeks ago. However this afternoon he has started having big globs of light green/yellow mucus has been coming out of his left eye which is running a lot. We have a local after hours medical clinic. Should I take him in?

If you're breastfeeding you can squirt some breast milk into his eye and it fixes it.

It's probably pink eye or an infected/clogged tear duct... You can call the pedi for some eye drops that'll clear it up.

Its actually pretty common when having conjunctivitis for the eye to swell and be stuck shut. If you think its odd or not right bring him in but since he already had it in one eye thats more than likely all it is
