How are we supposed to know how much your baby will weigh? Not even your OB knows that.

How are we supposed to know? You do know every baby is different and varies in size. The average baby is like 7lbs,

ultrasound weights are not right on.
I had my daughter at 37 weeks 2 days and she weighed 6 pounds 11 oz and was 20 1/2 inches.
you could have a 5-10 pound baby or more. you never know really.

No one can know for sure. I have heard of people being told their baby weighed around 8lbs when they were 37 weeks, only to have the baby at 40 weeks and it weigh around 5. :P Also works in reverse - My cousin was estimated to weigh about 6lbs and came out at 10!

It's all guesses.

It's all estimated off of head size right? ... some kids just have large heads. lol

I would say between 7-9pounds roughly. The ultra sound weights are usually off a bit. but by averages and the standard idea that babies gain 1/2 a pound a week in the third trimester you will be having an averaged sized and healthy baby.
