Once again, tomorrow I want to get down and start eating right again. I have the biggest problem because I only know how to cook unhealthy things, I only cook with hamburger meat, because thats the only hink i know how.. please any recipes and suggestions would be nice.

I know how you feel. I'm trying to eat good too. I'm going on a yogurt, salad, fruit, green bean, water, and milk diet. Just started today :D

I use it all the time especially to eat healthy for this pregnancy.
You can type in any ingredient to search (example : a vegetable) and it will find all the recipes that use that vegetable. Not to mention all the recipes are rated by 1000s of people so you know it's good before you make it.
You can even add me to cooks you like if you want to check out the recipes I have saved.... My name on there is : EatingHealthyYogi .... I am a pretty awesome cook if you ever need any cooking tips.

The healthy body and the maintenance of our body is basically depends upon the food we eat. The food must contain necessary proteins, carbohydrates and all nutrients required for our body. Other wise, We have to face many health problems. Could you please provide some more attachments for the detailed view of nutritional diet ?

Try swapping hamburger meat for ground turkey. Then find other ways to do simple swaps:



Greek yogurt instead of sour cream
Spinach instead of lettuce
Homemade salsa instead of jarred
Spices, lemon juice, and herbs instead of salt and marinades
Hummus instead of mayo



Simple switches make all the difference, even with "unhealthy" meals
