Ive herd that it just means you wont have as big a bump quite so soon, and there is a slightly higher chance of having to have a c-section, but it all depends on babys position

one of my close friends had this and she had to have a c section after laboring for a few hours.

I have one, and had a completely normal healthy pregnancy with a complication free vaginal delivery, and am 13 weeks into another, so far, perfect pregnancy.

Idk about the "you wont get big as quickly" thing... I was HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE (all baby) with my first.

I guess it varies from woman to woman

There is really no complications related to a tipped or tilted uterus during pregnancy. There is a theory that it can cause infertility or a slightly increased chance of miscarriage in early pregnancy (before 12 weeks) but there's very little scientific backing to those things.
Most tipped uteri correct themselves sometimes during the beginning of pregnancy- those that don't (mine included) are considered "Non corrective"

There are some complications not related to pregnancy that can be caused by a tipped uterus.

Personally I had back pain during my pregnancy. But my son ended up being "sunny side up" so that may have been the cause.

I don't have a tilted uterus but my son was "sunny side up" also and I had a lot of lower back pain the the contractions made my back hurt worse than my stomach.

Back labor! I have the same problem, it's helll once you start getting contractions, actually i felt dull back pains the whole day before i went into labor, like really uncomfortable ones-but as it came closer to time it was 100x's worse! Good luck
