for the past week & a half ive been craving vinegar BAD ! for the first few days i gave in & drank red wine& vinegar salad dressing intill i made my self sick . now im craving just straight vinegar . its so hard to fight this craving , dose anyone know any solutions to kinda get a fix for this craving without actually drinking it ?
I dunno, that's how I was during pregnancy, haha. I still am, and my daughter is almost 2
My SO's brother likes to take sips of vinegar.
This is a symptom of candidiasis. You might want to get checked by a doctor.
i mix a little bit of water olive oil salt & vinegar together & use it as a salad dressing..i was craving vinegar in the first trimester for like 2 weeks & thats all i ate was salad with that dressing lol

I used to drink it when i was in middle school lol. Havent really done it in years but ive been craving the flavor too since ive been pregnant. Salt & vinegar chips definately help, pickle juice, pickles and mild banana peppers have great vinegar flavor. Malt vinegar and fries is yummy too and the starch will help so the acid doesnt make you sick
