I'm actually kinda excited to weigh myself tomorrow morning. This week has been my closest to perfect week yet, so I hope I lost another 2lb, at least !

Back down to 154! haha. I went up quite a bit. I was eating gluten and junk food for like a week and I think I finally have all that out of my system. lol

I knew here shortly, I'm going to have a realllllllllly bad week. I'm hoping I can make the best food choices possible though!

I'm pretty much certain I won't be making either of them before Seth gets back, but I'm okay with that. :) I've lost quite a bit since he left, so I'm happy! Especially if I can stay consistent with losing between 1-2lb a week, I'll be where I want to be in no time!

I weighed 215.5 today, usually when I lose it takes me a bit to get that new weight to be my "actual" weight and it still fluctuates. But I was 214 on 2/27 :? I need to start losing faster I think. Now Im doing less than 1lb a week. I really need to add cardio into my routine. But I hate it so much :twisted: How much cardio do you think I need to do per week to see a difference? Ill probably be walking on a treadmill for my cardio

To be between 135-140! I hope to be as close to there as possible by summer. :) Which will average out to be about 7.5lb a month, which should be doable as long as I don't fall off the wagon! :)



And thank you! It feels so good to be almost at what I weighed when I got pregnant with Kenz!

As for Cardio I think the minimum you should start with for goal is 30 minutes 3 x's a week and then bump it up as that becomes easy for you. Working out iis hardest to get started once you start though you never regret it and I bet you'll end up pushing past that 30 mark on your own quickly!
